About two days ago, I woke up and the top of my right ankle turned stiff. Then I recalled what happened. I was sleeping with my right foot hyper extended overnight for at least 6 hours in the position shown in the picture below.
Ouch, I'm walking like a handicapped person, climbing a flight of stairs suddenly feels like scaling a mountain. One word to describe my day. 'Unlucky'. I hope my foot will get well soon and I want my foot back badly.
